Calvin is a diverse real estate professional with project management experience since 2011 in ground-up, office, retail, restaurant, and residential construction. Calvin has been an Owner’s Representative for several real estate developers such as The Irvine Company, Federal Realty Investment Trust, and Vestar Properties amongst others. He has managed all aspects of planning, design, schedule, budget, and construction of ground up retail and site development projects. He is known to be business-minded and detail-oriented.

Mike Hazo
VP Marketing

Mike began his professional career with Whiting-Turner Construction’s semi-conductor development division. He later relocated to California and worked with Snyder-Langston, doing high-end Hospitality and Specialty Scholastic projects. Mike’s restaurant experience while working with R.W. Smith (now TriMark), was a successful application of those skills in the building of three of Fashion Island’s most recognizable restaurants. Furthering his professional exposure with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Mike continued to grow his retail experience with managing multiple retail development and reinvestment projects throughout his tenor, as well as expanding his portfolio with office tenant improvement projects, industrial restack projects, and specialized consulting assignments for mitigating issues within operating facilities.

Mike served as Project Manager for several notable Hospitality projects as well, where focus on fine finishes, architectural detail, and high-touch durability established his appreciation for satisfying high-expectations in the kinds of craftsmanship that sets an enduring construction project apart from one that focuses only on minimizing cost. Rather than viewing project management as a commodity, Mike sees his specific contributions toward the delivery of successful projects as the result of a single-minded focus, delighting his clients to the point that they say, “I’m not doing my next project without Mike.” This in his estimation, is the definition of win-win!

Mike’s practical side allows him to apply his expertise to every project where budget, schedule, and client expectations are managed to meet the guidelines and goals set at the beginning of each project, no matter the size or scale.
